RULES, REGULATIONS & LICENSE
​Park Rules:

The Lessee is responsible for properly connecting and insulating water lines to ensure freezing does not occur. There are 2 water lines on the lot. The water riser that provides the water and the water line on the RV.

The Lessee is required to use septic safe toilet paper, like Angle Soft.

Stonehouse RV Park reserves the right to turn off water if the weather conditions present a risk of the water lines freezing.

Do not park your vehicles on the grass. The exception is Lot 213.
-
Two parking spaces are provided for each lot on the asphalt.

All vehicles must be registered.
-
Mechanical work is only allowed with prior approval, and a mat must be used to avoid oil spills.
-
No fireworks - The Police will show up.
-
No vehicles over 25,000 lb.
-
No vehicle revving.
-
No parties or loud music - The Police will show up.

Guest parking is in our guest parking area at the front of the property or street side. Guest vehicles inside the RV park will be at risk of being towed at the vehicle owner's expense.

Pets must be supervised, and poop needs to be picked up daily.
City/County Department Rules:
BURN BAN - STANLEY POLICE DEPARTMENT​​
Due to current weather conditions, a BURN BAN is in effect for ALL of Mountrail County, which is where Stanley resides. That means:
-
NO campfires.
-
NO burning garbage, trees, bushes, ditches or anything else.
-
NO cigarette/cigar butts.
-
NO Tiki Torches, fire pits, fire tables. This includes propane fire pits and fire tables.
-
Well maintained/clean propane grills are permitted.
-
NO OPEN FLAMES. PERIOD.

If it involves fire and it's not inside a well maintained/clean propane grill it is a no-go. We are serious. The Police will show up.

​State Health Department Rules:
-
All water lines require a "Hose Bibb Vacuum Breaker." If you do not have one, we can provide one.
-
Your sewer lines must be in good condition. Damaged sewer lines must be replaced not repaired.
-
All propane tanks must be strapped to a secure part of your RV.
-
The roadway needs to be accessible to emergency vehicles.
-
No hazardous chemicals are allowed on the Lot or in the garbage.
